Our Audit Consulting Staff
All consultants have more than 10 years of audit experience. The team as a whole has experience in diverse industries, most
notably healthcare, energy, retail, manufacturing and technology. Many come from the now Big four accounting firms. We offer
you two key credentials:
- Knowledge and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley auditing and implementation
- Full-cycle experience with procurement-to-pay auditing as well as accounts payables auditing
Technology Staff
Our diverse technology team manages our proprietary, secure data environment, fully backed up with a state-of-the-art storage system,
and protected by a multi-layer firewall.
Our team consists of full time programmers, developers and system analysts, complemented by a data acquisition specialist to assist
with the data scrubbing process.
About Charles Kraft...
Charles Kraft has more than 38 years of accounts payable experience, including employment at Southwestern Bell Telephone and Foley's
Department Stores. He founded one of the first accounts payable recovery firms more than 30 years ago and was among five original
providers of AP recovery services.
His experience covers diverse industries, most notably retail, wholesale distribution, energy, manufacturing, technology and healthcare:
- He provides extensive consulting services and hands-on AP management (interim basis)
- He saves clients millions of dollars every year
- His first client came on board 30 years ago and is still a client; audited every year since 1976
Mr. Kraft holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He serves as board member for the Texas Association of Healthcare Financial
Administration (TAHFA) and formerly served as board member for the Gulf Coast Chapter, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
He is past president of the board for the Ronald McDonald House, Houston and was formerly executive chair of camps and conferences for the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
