is a series of large capacity servers connected by a T-3 Synchronous Optical Network (Sonet Ring). Kraft Group’s proprietary software is
designed to effectively utilize data access in a wide range of scenarios and can support full object-oriented constructs. Our data warehousing
capabilities allow us to accept and manipulate data of any size and type.
Our data center operates in a facility that is supported by AT&T’s Sonet Ring OC-12 coupled with a Rockwell fiber switch for other
non-internet required services. These services are fully redundant with completely diverse routes fed from Southwestern Bell Sunset and
National Central offices. We have Internet back-up services provided from multiple carriers. Commercial power to our data center is
delivered via dedicated transformers and redundant UPS. The data center and environmental systems are manned and monitored on
a 24(hour) x 7(day) x 52(week) basis.
The data center has been specifically designed for physical security, ensuring that your data is protected. Facility entry is restricted
through the use of key code and biometric scanners. Access to the core data center is permitted only to authorized operations personnel
or individuals escorted by our operations management or security staff.
